Adjustable Dumbbells

The Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells are adjustable dumbbells. There are two models to choose from the 1090 and the 552. There is no assembly required so no need to fuss with hard to read instructions. The adjustments are easy to do by just turning a dial to the wanted weight. Turn the knob to reach the weight number you want on each side. You will hear a clicking noise when the adjustment is done right. If the adjustment wasn’t done correctly, it will lock and won’t be able to be removed. It’s this ease of use that makes these so popular.
